The storage of the data reults automatically and the data will be saved until the automatic deletion. Following data are affected:

  • name of the requested file and ammount of the redirected data, as well as the date and time of the requestion,
  • notification about the successfully made access to our homepage,
  • requestioning domain,
  • description of the used web browser's type and possibly the operating system of your technical device, as well as the name of your access provider,

the history data of your web browser, as well as your standard weblog information and location data, including location data of your mobile device. To prevent this process you can deactivate or guide the usage of location recognizing in the setting menu of most mobile devices.

The legal basis for collecting this data is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. It results for following resons:

  • It makes it possible for us to guarantee a comfortable use of the website,
  • we can get conclusions about the system safety and stability,
  • for other administrative reasons.

4. Privacy Policy for usage of OpenStreetMap

We are using components from the company Openstreetmap Foundation. On our homepage OpenStreetMap shows our location. This results in a visual presentation of geographic information.

By using our website your IP-adress gets send to OpenStreetMap.

II. Privacy Policy of using social networks

We use links to different social networks on our website. If you follow the links you can see how we represent us on each social network. You can regocnize a link through it's displayed symbol. As we know it isn't possible for social networks to collect personal data on our website by showing a link. Also there are different applications available which make it possible to limit a data transfer to Facebook. An affected person can use those applications to prevent a data transfer to Facebook.

III. Transfer of personal data to third ones

A transmission of your personal data for other reasons than listed below does not happen.

A  transmission of personal data to third ones results only, if:

  • we have got your explicit agreement (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO),
  • a transfer is needed for a contracutal completion with you (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO),
  • it is required by law to give your data to third ones (Art.6 Abs.1 lit. c DSGVO),
  • the transfer is needed for assertion, justifying or taking law claims legally and there is no reason to believe you have got a predominant protective interest in not transmissioning your data (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

In each case the transmission is limited to a minimum.

Our Privacy Policy are in line with the data protection law and the data only get processed only in the Bundesrepublik Deutschland. A transmission to third countries does not happen and is not intended.

IV. Which rights you have

The DSGVO gives different rights to affected persons and we have to inform you about them in detail. Please read this carefully. At any time you have got the right to get the information if your data and which of your data get processed, to whom the data get transferred to and for which reason. You have got the right to get copies made. The information inquiry does not have to take longer than a month. On request we gladly inform you if your personal data and which of your personal data get storaged (Art. 15 DSGVO), also we inform you about processing purposes, the topic of personal data, the topic receiver who got or get your data, the intended time of storage, to insist a right to correction, deletion, limitation of processing or contradiction, to insist a right to appeal, the origin of your data, unless they were not made from us, also about the insist of an automated decision-making including profiling.

Other rights you have:

The right to correct incorrect collected data or to complete incomplete collected data (Art. 16 DSGVO).

The right to demand on the limitation of processing your data, if legal requirements exist (Art. 18 DSGVO).

The right to get your own personal data in a structured, common and mechanical  format or to demand on the transmission to another person in charge (Art. 20 DSGVO).

The right to "get forgotten" what simply means you can demand on the deletion of your personal data, if legal requirements exist (Art. 17 DSGVO).

In accordance to Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO you have got the right at any time to cancel your consent you gave to us one time. Based on the agreement we do not continue processing data in the future.

You have got the right to make contradiction about processing your personal data at any time, if there is a right of revocation intended. In case of an effective revocation your data will be deleted automatically from us (Art. 21 DSGVO).

Regardless to that we will delete your personal data automatically, if the purpose of collecting the data or the processing of the data was made unlawfully.

V. Time of data storage

The storage of your data results for the period of time we need for implementation with contracts we made or until you take your right of deletion or the right of transmission data to another company.
